Kickstand offers free health and wellness services for young people ages 11–25, including mental health, physical health, substance use, peer support, and social services. With hubs across Alberta and virtual support through Kickstand Connect, you can access the support you need, whether you’re near a hub or accessing services from anywhere in Alberta.
